Dilip Changkakoty, the eldest son of Late Keshab Changkakoty (Kesu), one of the leading tablist of Assam (All India Radio, Guwahati) and pioneer Research worker of Sattriya Dance & its rhythm. His another identity is that he is the Great grandson of “Novel Emperor of Assam” Late Rajani Kanta Bordoloi, who wrote Miri-Jiyori, Rangeeli, Raidoi Ligiri, Nirmal Bhakat, Tameswari Mandir, Dandoowa–druha and others. His ancestor Pinaki, Durbadutta, Durlav, Debendra and Keshab were the pioneer Artist of Vashnavite Music of Assam.
